Getting started is a breeze! If you're already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal, simply log in using your mobile phone number and password. It's that easy! For new users, don't worry – registering is straightforward. Just ask our friendly team at your next appointment for a quick guide. You'll need to provide your mobile number and email, and authorize an SMS registration. A simple text message will then guide you through creating your secure account.
Once registered, your images and reports will be available. Please note that reports are typically uploaded 14 days after authorization and sent to your referring doctor. We encourage you to discuss your results with your doctor, as they will personally contact you if any unexpected findings arise from your scans. Your doctor's professional interpretation is paramount.
